Pat Palumbo lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband of 33 years. Their 27 year old daughter is a Harvard graduate working in entertainment in Los Angeles, CA, their 24 year old daughter graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, MA and is a Graduate Student at New York University, and their 21 year old son is a Senior at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. Clyde, a miniature schnauzer, rounds out the family!
Pat holds a BA in Communication Arts from Iona College, an MS in Marriage & Family Therapy/Pastoral Counseling from Iona College, and Continuing Education certificates from Harvard University Medical School in ADHD Across the Lifespan, Psychopharmacology and Publishing Books, Memoirs and Other Creative Non-Fiction.
As a business development consultant Pat works with companies and not for profits to develop their brand, look for opportunities for growth, and to expand their presence in the marketplace. As a master connector, she delights in bringing people and business together for mutual growth and success. In the entertainment field Pat and her producing partner create events, performances, and content across various platforms.
Pat is a Realtor with Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate Inc. (New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson). She serves as the 2016 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Empire Westchester Business Resource Network, and as a Director on the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Board. She is a Certified Buyer’s Representative, and has earned the following National Association of Realtors designations: e-PRO, GREEN, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and At Home With Diversity. Her passion for real estate is shared in the residential, commercial, and investment markets.
