Soulful Sundays!

When things are going well,
be mindful of adversity
When prosperous,
be mindful of poverty
When loved,
be mindful of thoughtfulness
When respected,
be mindful of humility

Whatever your beliefs there should be at least one day a week (if not everyday) that we take the time to reflect and be grateful.  Inspiration can come from nature, literature, other people and from within – the key is taking the time to be aware and listen to the messages all around us.
